What would you give to have a healthy body and mind? Priceless, isn’t it?...
I am a 73-year-old retired professional with many years of computer slouching, and despite treadmill work and group classes, I continued to struggle with poor posture, ineffective body mechanics, and dreaded cellulite everywhere. I have osteoporosis, arthritis, old-age aches, hip and foot pains, depression, brain fog, and an “old person’s shuffle.” Lisa is systematically building up my body to become stronger, more flexible, and able to function properly. Each session is modified and refined for what my body needs on that particular day. Additionally, Lisa helps with specific muscle aches (via Rapid Release), gut issues, dietary needs, water consumption and quality, sleeplessness, and other mental or lifestyle issues. I am not a good golfer—armsy swing, no power, and poor follow-through—but Lisa’s program is specific to my needs, including proper foot mechanics, deep core and lower body strength, right hip flexibility, and unhunched shoulders. Recent bone scans show that my osteoporosis has slowed, and my aches and pains are gone. I was a size 12 and am now a size 6 with a 14-pound loss. Lisa is responsible for giving me a youthful and pain-free body and mind. With her help, I plan to live independently rather than go into assisted living, which I had been considering. No one can guide you to accomplish your physical (and other) goals like Lisa Feinstein.

I encourage anyone with physical goals to see and train with Lisa; she will guide you to be your best, whatever your fitness level may be...
I’ve trained with Lisa since 2007, and in this time she’s helped me understand my body and proper training techniques. I’m in the dance profession, and when I needed to train specifically for my activity, she was incredibly knowledgeable so I could reach my goals. She invested countless hours understanding my movement history, muscle imbalances, and strengths, giving me valuable feedback to achieve my goals. Her ability to design a program for me was impressive. I credit my physical ability to train and enter a competitive dance program to her expertise; had it not been for her, I would not have been at a high level of fitness to complete my program. She equipped me with the tools I needed to be safe and challenged me athletically and mentally, always doing so with a kind and compassionate heart. Needless to say, I was in the best shape of my life and excelled in my dance program. I loved training with her because I felt joyful, strong, and peaceful afterwards. She radiated warmth and understanding of my needs, and I knew I could expect her best, because she gave her best every time I had a training session with her. Lisa has helped me train my body for long days and hours as a dance director, where I teach 1.5–3.0 hours a day, five days a week. I need my body to be fit and flexible to thrive in my profession. My dance program consists of 150 high school students, and my time with Lisa has helped me pass on her knowledge and training techniques to my students—she has affected hundreds of students by training me. There is no doubt in my mind that she will help you achieve your goals.

Lisa provides a very personal approach, designing an individual program for each client based on her extensive knowledge as a Master Trainer...
She assesses a client's current physical status in a stepwise manner to establish clear goals for each trainee. Lisa then champions her clients every step of the way, providing holistic training that includes sound, healthy nutrition for body-weight goals and to maximize muscle tone and conditioning. She knows the appropriate macros to recommend to build muscle, provide energy, and then supplements these basics to optimize nutrition while training. As a dietitian, Lisa's holistic approach—especially her sound nutritional advice—provides the final stamp of endorsement from me. Lisa's enthusiasm is unrivaled, and it was one aspect of her training that propelled me through her program and beyond, helping me sustain the improvement I achieved. I found it was my responsibility to meet Lisa's level of enthusiasm for MY training! She is ALL IN for each and every client.

Lisa is AMAZING, period...
I had the privilege of having Lisa as my trainer when she worked at 24-Hour Fitness. Before working with her, I worked with two other trainers there and had lackluster experiences, to say the least. The trainers were really young, VERY short on experience, and truly lacked the knowledge to train me properly. When I learned that Lisa was a Master Trainer, and I observed her training someone else briefly, I saw all I needed to see—I knew I wanted to work with her and no one else. Lisa showed herself to be incredibly knowledgeable, hard-working, dedicated, and truly devoted to me and my fitness journey from day one. She has so much passion coursing through her veins about physical fitness, diet, and overall wellness, it can’t help but spill over onto you—it’s contagious! She has thousands and thousands of hours of personal training under her belt, and believe me, it shows. I distinctly remember her teaching me important fundamentals of strength training all along the way, like proper form, how important it is to protect yourself from injury, and how many different muscles (and which ones) are recruited with each exercise I was doing. There are plenty of fly-by-night trainers out there who got their training cert online in six hours or one day or whatever, looking to swoop in and do this for a little while to make a quick buck, but Lisa is the REAL DEAL. She is like a Fitness Sensei, and you will never be the same after you work with her. The things I learned from her when I trained with her all those years ago, I still use to this day. It’s hard to put a price on THAT.

I had the absolute privilege of having Lisa as a personal trainer for a number of years…
I can without a doubt say that with Lisa’s guidance and extensive expertise, I was not only in the best shape of my life but also gained a deep understanding of the human body, how it functions, the many practices I could incorporate into my daily life for maximum positive physical impact, as well as how I could protect my body now and as I age. This is what I appreciate so much about Lisa and, in my opinion, what truly makes her stand apart from others in her field - her willingness to teach while training. For Lisa, it’s not just about visual results for her clients, it’s also about giving them the tools and knowledge they need to experience true wellness from the inside out. I have yet to meet anyone in her field who combines education, passion, and intentional, client-centered care as effectively as Lisa does. The impact she made on my life over those years of training still resonates today, and I am incredibly grateful to have learned from her.
