Meet Lisa
Someone recently asked me, “What is your goal?” I responded:
“I want to help every individual I meet achieve the best quality of life possible for as long as they breathe.”
Since moving to California, I’ve been fortunate to teach at local colleges, provide one-to-one training in health clubs, lead group fitness classes, and conduct a specialized balance and mobility class for a local hospital—working with students and athletes of all ages, including many centenarians.
As an educator and trainer, my passion lies in helping others overcome physical and mental barriers. I’m committed to lifelong learning so I can better guide those seeking to build strength and well-being.

Let’s Achieve
Your Goals
Whether you aspire to gain greater strength, improve your balance, enhance your golf swing, conquer hiking trails, dance joyfully past age 100, add inches to your vertical leap, or walk confidently without fear of falling, it would be my honor to help you turn those dreams into reality.
From My Heart
In 2009, a car accident drastically changed my life, deepening my empathy for those living with chronic pain. A year later, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and a connective tissue disorder, prompting my healthcare team to advise me to retire and live off disability, accepting pain as my new reality.
Instead, I chose a different path.
My extensive work with diverse individuals facing various health challenges has shown me the incredible strength and resilience of the human spirit. Those individuals fuel my drive to achieve what I’ve been told is impossible.
I am honored to be a part of my clients' and students' journeys toward better health, learning from them as much as they learn from me.
